These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Review Ninja, Inc. (“Review Ninja,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Services to send unsolicited, unlawful, or deceptive communications;
incentivize, fabricate, or manipulate reviews in violation of any platform's policies or applicable law;
infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or interfere with their operation; or
reverse engineer or resell the Services except as permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with the rules of any third-party review platforms you connect.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and to contact the customers you upload.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Ninja will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
